Millard’s memory will always be with us, as we strive to do as much good in the community as he did. 💙

Millard Garland must have been one of the first Democrats in Carter County, as he supported every effort to improve our community. He was a football player in his high school years at Elizabethton High, and he continued attending high school football games and supporting the youth as long as he was physically able. And Millard was always very fit and active.
