The Mandate for Leadership/Project 2025 outlines the building blocks for a complete takeover of our government and our individual freedoms. It places excessive power in the hand of one individual ~ Donald Trump. That’s called an AUTOCRACY.
Threaded throughout is the theme of Christian Nationalism, hints at the declaration of America as a Christian Nation, making policy based on “biblical precepts”, essentially dominating a religiously diverse citizenry with one chosen faith. That’s called THEOCRACY.
The intent is clearly to impede the flow of federal dollars downward to local communities, where people live and work, and where the most vulnerable and least powerful take the greatest hit with massive cuts to the social safety net. Concentrating wealth and power at the top like this is call PLUTOCRACY.
Any successful tyranny will incorporate all three. Possibly the most persistent burr under the saddle for the writers of Project 2025 is DEI: Diversity, Equity, Inclusion. The goal of making our society more inclusive, tolerant and fair. That is something the really just cannot stand.
